Three Colt Street

The intention is to introduce a new identity to the building, which contributes positively to the eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional of the riverside warehouse context. The most significant intervention is the introduction of a visually suspended ‘turret’ to the west facade. The objective is to create a physical and psychological gateway between the scale and heritage of the local area from the perceived encroachment of the Canary Wharf development to the east. 

This project involves 4 new apartments, 2 townhouses and commercial accommodation.

This project is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the spring of 2020.
