Anchor Court

The aim is to modernise the appearance and function of the existing development, optimising the panoramic sea views. The most prominent intervention is the introduction of a contemporary third storey. A new lift core provides step-free access to existing and new dwellings, with further enhancements to communal amenity facilities provided at the rear of the site. 

This project involves 9 residential dwellings, 3 of which are new.

This project is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the spring of 2020.
