Scimitar House

The strategy is for a sustainable approach to providing a mix of high-quality residential spaces that establishes an exemplar design precedent for the area. The strategy is to supplement the existing building fabric with necessary enhancements, including structural improvements permits an additional storey. The roof extension expands upon the materiality and geometry of the existing building, so as to make the new and existing appear as a unified whole.

This project involves 89 new apartments.

This project is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the spring of 2020.
