Charter House

Working closely with the local authority and other stakeholders, the aim is to take a sustainable approach to providing a mix of high-quality residential spaces that will establish an exemplar design precedent for the area. The strategy involves keeping the entirety of the existing mega-structure and introducing an exoskeleton structure that supports the additional accommodation areas and new facades.

This project involves 96 new apartments and 260m2 of commercial accommodation.

This project is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the spring of 2020.
