Oak Crescent

This project expands upon a previous project worked on by VRA (Oratory Apartments). The aim is to realise the potential of decommissioned parking area. The strategy is to assess the constraints of the site to determine opportunities. The objective is to provide high-quality, accessible residential dwellings, and to improve the biodiversity of the site.

This project involves 4 new residential dwellings.

This project is currently under consideration for Full Planning permission by the local authority.
