The strategy is for a combination of refurbishment and new-build that would develop an exemplar design precedent for the area. The intention is to provide a new frontage structure that would improve accessibility to the warehouse spaces, and a new contemporary office space at upper levels. The strategy also includes the sub-division of the existing rear warehouse building, respecting the original structure and tapered roofline providing flexible and inspirational spaces for SME businesses. This involves the introduction of mezzanine levels within the existing fabric.

This project involves 420m2 of new office space and 1330m2 of refurbishment.
