The objective is to adopt a sustainable approach that optimise the potential of the existing fabric and mitigates displacement of existing residents. The design strategy is to introduce a two-storey roof extension together with new vertical circulation provisions, that is adaptable to the variety of constraints and objectives sought across the site. The aim is to introduce a contemporary, cohesive architectural language that contributes to the inclusivity and well-being of the area. The project also involves enhancements to the existing building fabric and communal play spaces.

This project involves 142 new apartments, 74% of which is social housing.

This project was granted planning in 2019 and is due to be completed in the spring of 2023.
