The Shrubberies

The strategy is for a combination of refurbishment and new-build that creates a dynamic design precedent for the area. The intention is to respect the existing frontage with alterations and new constructions accruing to the rear providing additional office spaces at three floor levels. The design concept involves the juxtaposition of traditional Victorian architecture with expressive modernism.

This project involves 280m2 of new office space and 320m2 of refurbishment.

This project has been positively received by the local authority at pre-application planning stage.
